32-year-old man hit by car in West Town, driver cited

A 32-year-old pedestrian was hit by a car early Saturday morning near the intersection of Grand and Ogden avenues in the West Town neighborhood, according to police.

The man was with friends as he was crossing the intersection of Grand and Ogden Avenues just before 2 a.m., when he was struck by a 2003 MINI Cooper being driven by a 31-year-old man, said Chicago Police News Affairs Officer John Mirabelli.
