Fairmount Fire Company fire policeman Bill Breish looks toward arriving fire trucks on North Line Street in Lansdale as a fire consumes the engine compartment and passenger compartment of a car following a crash. According to police, the car was westbound on East Main when the driver made a left turn onto North Line and struck a utility pole next to the roadway. The car then burst into flame. Firefighters from Fairmount Fire Company extingished the blaze in less than five minutes. The driver was uninjured. Thursday, January 7, 2010. photo by Geoff Patton
